in the summer of 1990 joey kid scored a pop hit with the classic freestyle joint counting the days. when subsequent singles failed to make the same impact, he joined the c&c music factory's male trio trilogy. but by the mid 90s he faded into obscurity. with a new focus and passion for music, he hopes to be a part of the growing resurgence of the freestyle movement. here is his latest single. i like it.
