in 2003, after a five year hiatus, sisters latocha and tamika scott reunited with tameka "tiny" cottle, and added a new member, kiesha miles (not pictured), to release a new album entitled, unchained. they released the single, what's up. the single was quickly added to pop stations around the country an it appeared that xscape was on the road to a comeback. however, political reasons prevented that dream from coming through. too bad because if the new material was anything like it's lead single, they would have gained a new generation of fans..:what's up:.
