lex, a reader of the blog sent me this super rare jocelyn tune and this is what he said about it: not sure when this was made but i'm guessing around the time she was working on her original 3rd album for tommy boy which was going into more of an r&b direction. i heard a song off the album in 98 which was really good, however nothing ever came of that album after she got pregnant and went on a 2 year hiatus and returned in 2000 with "when i get close to you." the track features mastaplann, a filipino rap group from kali. would've been a nice track if it made final production..:haven't made up my mind:.
