like the rest of america i didn't buy jennifer lopez's dud of an album brave. like janet, jenny lost her appeal and ability to create cool pop music. however, i have fallen in love with a couple of dance remixes from the album. the moto blanco mix of hold it don't drop is hot. now a friend of the blog (thanks boogie tonight!) has shared with us this cool mix of be mine. check it out!

waiting for tonight, jennifer lopez's third single was originally recorded in 1997 by the female dance/pop group 3rd party. jennifer "don't call me j.lo" lopez recorded a version for her debut album, on the 6 in 1999 and was nominated for a grammy for best dance recording. considered one of lopez's signature tunes, waiting has become a dance classic, much thanks to the hex hector remix. here is a cool freestyle mix. check it out!
