poor cheri dennis. signed to bad boy for damn near a half decade and she has still yet to see a proper album release and promotion. while cassie and danity kane were signed and received immediate backing from the label, cheri has to wait and wait. she almost got her chance in 2005 when her ryan leslie produced i love you began to pick up radio air-play. her debut album was given a release date but then the single lost steam and she and her album went back on the shelves. diddy did throw her a bone late last year when her debut album was released exclusively on itunes. .:i love you [featuring jim jones]:.

Cheri Denis' new CD is in stores. It was released a few weeks ago. I agree though... it's a damn shame that she's on Bad Boy. There should be some type of recourse for artists who receive this type of treatment.
