a lesson in feedback. let's start off with the positive: cherish is a group that can hold a note. as a group, they are cute and easy on the eye. their music is often times catchy. now with what i think hold them back - they are all the same kind of girl. i wish one would go blonde, blind or bald. something to separate them and add some character to their image. with that said, here is a new track from cherish and i am kinda feelin' it. okay class, now let's recap the lesson in feedback - start with the positive, discuss what changes could be made and end with a positive. got it? good! let's dance! well actually no because this tune is a ballad but you get my point!

in 2004 i had totally forgot and had given up on freestyle. that was until i mistakenly found a web page - probably an aol homepage (remember them?) and this track was playing. i was totally floored by the production, the vocals and the lyrics. so much so that i actually bought the cd single. here is ashley's here we are, a gem, the best freestyle song of the decade.
